How do I know I placed an order?

You will get an automated email back confirming receipt of your order. We will then update status of that order manually from pending, proccessing and shipped. The most likely reason for an order not completing is your session has timed out or your card payment was refused, either way you will be notified on screen.

How long will my order take?
